1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QRKEY service. QRKEY is operated by 28 Digital Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as QRKEY ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using QRKEY you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
QRKEY provides dynamic QR code stickers and a dashboard that lets estate agents update the destination of each sticker at any time. The service is offered "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the estate agency you represent. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRKEY to redirect to unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, adult or malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause without notice.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account. Stickers and other physical goods are charged at the point of order.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Faulty physical goods are covered by your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The QRKEY name, logo, software and website are owned by 28 Digital Group Ltd. You retain ownership of the content and destination URLs you upload. You grant us a licence to host and serve that content as needed to operate the service.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, sales or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time. Clauses that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
